Bookstores I Love/Want to Visit

It is time for another Top Ten Tuesday, this time about bookstores. I love doing this book tag.

“Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring book friends together.” -That Artsy Reader Girl

This week’s theme:

Bookstores I Love/Want to Visit

  1. The Strand, NY- This is my favorite bookstore ever! It is my favorite and it completed me when I first visited New York years ago.
  2. Books Are Magic, NY- It’s so beautiful and has a lot of books I enjoy!
  3. Book Culture, NY- I loved visiting this store. It was super aesthetically pleasing.
  4. Barnes and Noble Union Square, NY- I’m sorry but a huge bookstore? How can I resist?
  5. Half Price Books, WA-My local Half Price Books is so amazing. I love perusing to see what I can thrift.
  6. El Ateneo Grand Splendid, Buenos Aires– I would love to visit this theater of a bookstore. The pictures always look so amazing.
  7. Honesty Bookshop, Hay-on-Wye, Wales– This little stop looks so cute, and I have always wanted to go to Wales.
  8. Libreria Acqua Alta, Venice, Italy– I love the display outside. I love the way it looks inside. I want to go to Venice.
  9. The Last Bookstore, CA– Wow, it looks so cool. I wish on my trip to CA, I would have gone.
  10. Zhongshue Bookstore, Chongqing, China– The optical illusions in the store look so amazing.

  1. I don’t know why I didn’t thought of adding the bookstores I like from overseas.

I would love to visit El Ateneo Grand Splendid too. It just looks majestic.

  2. Don’t forget Powell’s Books in Portland, or King’s Books here in Tacoma.
