“Sixteen-year-old physics nerd Aysel is obsessed with plotting her own death. With a mother who can barely look at her without wincing, classmates who whisper behind her back, and a father whose violent crime rocked her small town, Aysel is ready to turn her potential energy into nothingness.

There’s only one problem: she’s not sure she has the courage to do it alone. But once she discovers a website with a section called Suicide Partners, Aysel’s convinced she’s found her solution—Roman, a teenage boy who’s haunted by a family tragedy, is looking for a partner.

Even though Aysel and Roman have nothing in common, they slowly start to fill in each other’s broken lives. But as their suicide pact becomes more concrete, Aysel begins to question whether she really wants to go through with it. Ultimately, she must choose between wanting to die or trying to convince Roman to live so they can discover the potential of their energy together.” -Goodreads

My Review:

Why do I always read sad books? I love novels about broken teenagers and good love stories. They always make me cry. I do not know why I love them but I do. This book is no exception. I absolutely adore this story.

Aysel (i do not know how to pronounce it), is such a fantastic character. I like how she compares everything with energies. She is a really fantastic character other than the part where she wants to die. Roman is also a dreamy teenage boy who is her new suicide partner. He is basically the complete opposite of her which I think shows that it isn’t always the unpopular kid who is depressed.

I could not wait to read this book. It has been on my TBR list for awhile. As I read it I was so pulled in an engulfed in the story that I couldn’t put it down for hours. The story was fantastic. I cannot believe how much I loved this book. I thought it was going to be one of those normal suicide stories that either leave you devastated or extremely happy. This book was like a mix of both. It pulled me in and turned me this way and that way until

I thought it was going to be one of those normal suicide stories that either leave you devastated or extremely happy. This book was like a mix of both. It pulled me in and turned me this way and that way until I was like in the story with them. I was very afraid during the story but I also felt like something bad had to happen or it wouldnt be good. I cannot say any more with out spoiling the story.

I really liked this book. It was a beautiful story of love and death. I have so much feelings from this book. I cannot handle them all. THis book was so good. I hope you enjoyed this review!
